Ingredients
- Garlic clove (2 unit)
- Bread (1 slice)
- Plum tomatoes (200 gram)
- Cannellini bean (200 gram)
- Caper (1 handful)
- Chilli flake (1 sprinkle)
- Whitefish (1 fillet)
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180°C
- In a pan add olive oil, capers, garlic, salt.
- Add the fish fillet on top and add a drizzle of oil and salt, put in the oven.
- Check after about 20 minutes, the tomatoes should have burst, and the peppers a bit charred.
- Drain the beans and add to the pan and put it back in the oven.
- Toast the bread.
- Once the toast is done, serve.
