Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C
  2. In a pan add olive oil, capers, garlic, salt.
  3. Add the fish fillet on top and add a drizzle of oil and salt, put in the oven.
  4. Check after about 20 minutes, the tomatoes should have burst, and the peppers a bit charred.
  5. Drain the beans and add to the pan and put it back in the oven.
  6. Toast the bread.
  7. Once the toast is done, serve.
