Cabbage can be substituted for kale or similar.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Slice the garlic, chillies & cabbage.
  2. Debone the sardines and chunk them up.
  3. Fry the garlic, chillies and cabbage in the olive oil from the sardine tins on a medium-high heat, and add salt.
  4. Boil the linguine.
  5. Combine everything into one pan, and some lemon juice.
  6. Gently stir off the heat to thicken the sauce.
  7. Serve with lemon zest & parsley.
