[Day 2; 11:00] Split into two pieces and ball up, place in lightly oiled tub with lid.
[Day 2; 14:00] Put into fridge.
[Day 3 or 4; 17:30] Take out of fridge.
[Day 3 or 4; 19:00] Get a cast iron pan heating on the hob, and the grill on max, with a rack just underneath it.
[Day 3 or 4; 19:05] Dough into pan, add sauce and toppings quickly. Move the pan under the grill, check after 4 minutes & rotate, then again after 2 more minutes.
