Ingredients
- Garlic clove (2 unit)
- Olive oil (1 glug)
- Parmesan (1 handful)
- Lemon (1 unit)
- Courgette (1 unit)
- Chilli (1 unit)
- Linguine (125 gram)
Method
- Slice the courgette lengthways into thin strands (get rid of the middle bit if it's really watery).
- Slice the garlic & chillies.
- Fry the garlic, chillies, courgette strands in olive oil on a medium-high heat, and add salt. You want them a bit charred.
- Boil the linguine.
- Combine into one pan, with extra salt, oil, and some lemon juice.
- Gently stir off the heat to thicken the sauce.
- Serve with parmesan & lemon zest.
