Ingredients
- Garlic clove (2 unit)
- Olive oil (1 glug)
- Parsley (1 handful)
- Double cream (1 glug)
- Chilli (1 unit)
- Mushroom (125 gram)
- Linguine (125 gram)
Method
- Slice the garlic & chillies.
- Slice the mushrooms.
- Fry the garlic, chillies for a couple of minutes.
- Add the mushrooms to the pan with salt.
- Boil the linguine.
- Combine into one pan, with extra salt, oil, and the double cream.
- Gently stir off the heat to thicken the sauce.
- Serve, garnish with parsley.
